COI Calculation Improvements
COI calculations are now cached and recalculated only when pedigree data changes, significantly improving performance when viewing dogs and pedigrees. The COI percentage is color-coded red, yellow, and green to reflect the completeness of the ten-generation tree and the level of confidence in the result.
